We believe parents to be vital contributors in the development of our students’ faith and so all are encouraged to participate in the parish life of our community.
Common ways in which parents play an active role are through:
- School liturgies / assemblies
- Sporting events
- Cultural events
- Classroom assistants
- Feedback - surveys
Child Protection Training
Please note that all volunteer workers in schools are required to undergo child protection training. Visit the Parramatta Catholic Education Office website Building Child Safe Communities for more information.
Our Parent Association promotes our shared goals through ‘on the ground’ support such as assisting in classrooms, excursions, sports activities and fundraising. Parents are invited to participate in school assemblies and celebrations, and in the school’s decision-making process through surveys and meetings.
Parents work collaboratively with staff to provide a vibrant learning environment for all students.
